supplies
the following are things i have bought to assist me in this journey & have loved, they aren’t necessary but they have helped me a ton with my journey & i don’t gate keep.
Oura Ring
i have the heritage in black in a size 10, their sizes are very different from a regular rings size. they do have a sizing kit you can buy online or at best buy for $10, & they give you a $10 gift card back when you purchase it to use towards your ring, so the sizing kit is technically free. i have a blog post talking all about why i love my oura ring for ALL the things. it tracks my sleep, readiness, stress, activity and cycle. i love having all this information in one spot instead of bouncing around to different apps and wearables to get it. it also can be integrated with natural cycles if that is something you are looking for.
You can click below & save $40 with my link, they offer a ton of different colors and styles to match your vibe.
my notebooks
i’ve used a handful of different notebooks over the year from spirals, to moleskines, but my last 10+ notebooks have been either the leuchtturm1917 softcover or hardcover A5 & i typically go for the dotted format, but sometimes get the lined or blank.
i love their uniformed look, the amount of colors they have (even though i almost always use black), how they have two bookmark ribbons and the elastic closure. i bring mine with me everywhere and they hold up really well.
you really can never find me without at least 2 and probably in 2 different sizes. the pocket size is perfect for your purse. i typically have a free write journal, a prompt journal, and a knowledge journal (all the notes of things i’ve read/learned).
my kindle
i actually have two kindles, the kindle paperwhite & the kindle oasis (which is currently unavailable) i use both of these kindles for fiction reading but also non-fiction reading! i love that i can highlight and write notes that i can access from both my kindle and the kindle app on my phone. i really love that i can hold all my favorite books in one spot. don’t like to own books, that’s fine, you can borrow ebooks through most libraries using “Libby” and your library card. i’ll have blog posts and emails with all my favorite reads floating around for you to add to your wishlists, libby holds, or to purchase asap & read along with me.
